For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or more from the check in date, guests can either opt for a full credit equal to the value of the amount paid, or opt for a monetary refund less 10% of the total cost of the booking, given as a credit.
For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less from the check in date, the property’s individual cancellation policy would come into effect. Most hosts allow either a reschedule for a later, mutually agreed-upon date, or a full or partial refund up until a certain point (minus a Kid & Coe fee of 10%). In rare cases, some hosts will not allow refunds or rescheduling within 6 weeks, however it is up to guests to clarify these terms with the host prior to booking.
It is important to note that some of our hosts have their own custom cancellation policies which are clearly shown on their listings under “Cancellation Policy” and in the Travel Plans of accepted bookings.
Guests will need to have read and understood these policies before submitting a reservation request. We strongly urge guests to consider travel insurance to help in the case of extenuating circumstances. Kid & Coe reserves the right to change these policies.
